里面有很多注释的代码,我没删除是因为它们是有意义的

当创建ListView控件的时候,添加自定义的样式LVS_OWNERDRAWFIXED之后, 主窗口的WM_DRAWITEM起作用,WM_NOTIFY失效; 控件的自定义的窗口处理里的WM_NOTIFY依然有效。
