无等待输入-c++

这段代码运行一下，可以实现无等待输入，不想cin还要加回车

getch可以无等待输入
但是必须要
#include <conio.h> 

getch只能读入ascll码，还需要进一步转换。但是问题不大。

这就帮助了我们做游戏的输入，因为应用中不会加回车。
